Como poner lasers en movimiento

Hola chicos, como les va bueno, sigo aca buscando mejoras para el mod HNS, tengo el clasico plugins laserminesV2.3, y lo que pasa que carga la barra cuando estas quieto, necesitaria que se pueda colocar los lasers cuando estoy corriendo o caminando. ya en varios sv vi que lo han hecho.
