para instalarlo tienes que hacer esto: paso por paso para que entiendas
escoge cualquiera rangos_nfVault.sma o rangos_advVault.sma recomiendo rangos_advVault.sma luego elegido el que quieras vas al amxx abres el plugins "SMA" y le das compilar y te va a dar error include <adv_vault> o <Nfvault>
bueno si escogiste el adv_vault vas a descargar el modulo aca

el include "adv_vaul.ini" va en addons/amxmodx/scripting/include y el otro adv_vault.amxx lo instalas como cualquier plugin
ya instalado vas al plugin de rango y le das compilar, y listo lo instalas

Esta suspendido, usa el compilador de amx studio, apreta F9. Sino en la carpeta scripting tenes un archivo que es Compile.exe, busca bien como compilar un plugin y te sale
